Portable Light at a Great Price, April 7, 2012 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Fotodiox Pro LED 312A, Video LED Light Kit, with Dimmable Switch, 2x Sony type Battery, Battery Charger. Camera bracket and Carrying Case, Color Temperature 5600K, CRI > 80 (Electronics) First, I purchased these lights on a whim. I couldn't find any reviews online except for a youtube post. I decided to take a chance and purchase the light. I also purchased additional Sony NP-f550/f570 batteries. This light traveled with me around the world to India where I shot a documentary for two months. I was very impressed with the output of the light especially at it's price point. This can light up a small room! It's great for interviews (in a dark area) as a key or back light. In a semi-lit room using natural light as the key, the light works great for a fill! I liked to use this with a combination of 150 LED light and a 42" bounce. On a full charge and full output this can go for about an hour or so before dimming. Good construction for plastic. The filter holder is kinda sticky/flimsy. My biggest complaint is the light does not come with a full CTO filter. Seemed odd. The light comes with a case which has enough room for additional batteries and filters... Read more
